This Code of Ethics ("Code") applies to all of our employees, officers, and directors and sets out the fundamental standards to guide them in their day-to-day activities.

Accurate information is essential to our company's ability to meet legal and regulatory obligations. All employees are responsible for ensuring information is accurately recorded, maintained, and reported.
Protection and Proper Use of Company Assets
Every employee must protect our company's assets and ensure their efficient use. Theft, carelessness, and waste have a direct impact on our company's profitability and are prohibited.
Reporting Illegal or Unethical Behaviour
Employees are encouraged to report any illegal or unethical behaviour to management or through established reporting mechanisms. We prohibit retaliation against any employee who makes good faith reports about known or suspected ethical or legal violations.
Any employee found to have violated this Code may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
Waivers and Amendments of the Code
Any waivers of or amendments to this Code may only be made by the Board of Directors and will be promptly disclosed as required by law or stock exchange regulation.
This Code is a statement of certain fundamental principles, policies, and procedures that govern the company's employees in the conduct of the company's business. It is not intended to and does not create any rights in any employee, customer, supplier, competitor, shareholder, or any other person or entity.
