- Employees: All employees are expected to support our EDI policy and contribute to a culture of respect and equality. Any form of discrimination or harassment should be reported immediately.
Reporting and Resolution
We encourage staff to report any instances of perceived discrimination, harassment, or violation of this policy.
Monitoring and Review
We will regularly review this policy and monitor its effectiveness in achieving its objectives. This includes gathering and analysing data on staff diversity, conducting staff surveys, and obtaining feedback on EDI matters.
