Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product through our Happy Pooch Guarantee.
Eligibility for Returns

Time Frame: To be eligible for a return, you must return the item within 30 days from the date you received it.

Condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging.
Please note that certain types of items are not eligible for returns, such as perishable goods, custom products (special orders or personalized items), and other products such as opened dog advent calendars or hamper baskets that can't be repackaged or have individual products missing.
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the returned product. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.
Refunds
After we receive your item, we will process your refund to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If you have initiated the return after 30 days have passed or have not shipped the product back to us within 30 days of purchase, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
